Carla Kidd founded iPacesetters, LLC in 2003 and owns a majority of the company’s equity through her investment vehicle, Seapine Investments. Seapine Investments, of which she is the sole owner, was established in 2003 to make the original investment in American Pacesetters (the prior name of iPacesetters).
Gerry DeBiasi is the Executive Chairman of iPacesetters and is also a Partner at Kidd & Company, the private equity investment firm behind iPacesetters. Gerry has been the driving force in the growth and development of the company since the original acquisition of the company in 2004.
Tim Searcy brings 25 years of direct marketing and teleservices experience to iPacesetters where he is responsible for leading and growing the company. Tim also serves as a board member for PACE (formerly the American Teleservices Association, ATA), the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations.
As Senior Vice President - Client Services, Mark possesses over 30 years of experience across multiple functional disciplines, including over 20 years in contact center-related initiatives. He leads the team responsible for primary client communications, quality of iPacesetters service satisfaction, problem resolution and collaborative growth.

William has extensive executive level information technology expertise in contact centers, tele-services, BPO, customer care, financial services, insurance and technology consulting. He has a proven track record and outstanding ability to effectively develop and implement enterprise IT strategies facilitating rapid growth in highly competitive service industries.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for the overall execution of customer programs across the entire iPacesetters enterprise. He joined the company in December 2011 after selling his interest in 121 Direct Response, another leading contact center, to iPacesetters.
As a seasoned Executive Leader, Scott has developed BPO organizations from various stages of growth. As Chief Strategy Officer of iPacesetters, he is responsible for identifying future opportunities of new markets, rationalizing both domestic and international site locations, M&A activities, as well as the development and optimization of core infrastructure.
Mike joined iPacesetters in August 2011 and is based at the company’s Montvale, N.J., headquarters. As chief financial officer, Mike provides overall financial leadership and directs the accounting, planning, HR, treasury and administrative functions.
With over 21 years of call center experience, Marcy has worked in virtually every department in call center operations, from customer representative, operations management, client services, human resources, training, quality, ISO processes, and she is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
