iPacesetters records 100% of our calls. We have very strict Quality Control procedures which cover Data QA, Voice QA and compliance. Calls are monitored each day followed by real-time coaching & training:

  • 100% of all call data is checked by Data QA team
  • A sample of calls (based on Six Sigma sampling method for accuracy) is monitored for Soft skills and Compliance to script

Good call center agents come with a basic level of skills. iPacesetters then puts the agents through our own training program to enhance skills in areas such as accent neutralization, listening skills and phone courtesy sales skills. Then we add project-specific training. We work in partnership with clients on objectives related to scripts, desirable demographics, key data points to acquire and data quality and these become part of the training program.
