I have a list of about 10 telemarketers that are approved for use, but frankly iPacesetters is first on the list. They do about 70% of my volume, and it's going to stay that way if I have anything to say about it. They are well-priced, and they get the job done.

I love working with iPacesetters. They are totally dependable - I can really rely on them - which is HUGE in this business. There have been two firms I have stopped using because they couldn't get the job done. I gave the projects to iPacesetters, and they delivered.

When I load our files and do our internal quality checks, I often get 10% rejection rates from [XYZ Company], and I get next to none from iPacesetters. While some people don't go back and look at net cost per order, I do, and the impact is huge.

I have tried some other vendors, and each time I wound up crawling back to iPacesetters to fix the mess that the other vendors had made. I no longer use anybody else. Thank God iPacesetters was around to save my butt!
